FAQs
Can I take my dog?
Yes! Dogs are very welcome, but must be kept on a lead or lap please.

Are there any age restrictions?
There are no age restrictions for our boat trips and they are enjoyed by all!

Is there disabled access?
Whilst accessibility within the harbour is very limited, we will do our upmost to assist any one of our passengers where necessary. Unfortunately, with St Ives Harbour being a few centuries old, there is no access ramp and boarding the boat will always involve a number of steps. For more information regarding disability access, feel free to give us a call to ask any questions you may have.

What if the water isn't very clear?
If the water is not as clear as we would like it to be in order to offer the full glass bottom experience we will adapt our trips, offering the standard Seal Island/Godrevy Lighthouse boat trip in line with the other operators. In this instance, we will offer a partial refund.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my booking?
If the unfortunate happens and the weather and sea conditions are deemed unsuitable to operate any boat trips we will do our absolute best to reschedule your booking to another day to suit you. If this cannot be done, you will be given a full refund.

Where do I board the boat from?
There are 3 different boarding points that we use, where you will be getting the boat from for your booking is determined by the tide times. Prior to your booking our representative will explain where to board from when you collect your ticket. All boarding points are within St Ives harbour and are just a short walk away from each other.

Are lifejackets available on board?
The boat is equipped with emergency lifejackets for all. It is not a requirement to wear these during the trip but they are available upon request.
